The Hospital Network Appenzell Ausserrhoden with the Acute Hospital Herisau and the Psychiatric Centre AR in Herisau ensures extended basic medical care for the population in the canton of Appenzell Ausserrhoden and is also the first point of contact for a large part of the population in the surrounding region. Both locations are relevant for care in the canton and beyond.
We are looking for
In the Clinic for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy under the nursing management of Mrs Evelyne Uhrig, Mrs Nathalie Scola and Mrs Semira Kleger are seeking immediately or by arrangement a Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH for a 70% workload for the acute ward.
Attractive tasks
- Professional care of patients as a key contact person in the nursing process from admission to discharge in cooperation with the interdisciplinary team
- Implementation and design of group offers as well as planning and conducting regular individual conversations
- Co-design of the ward environment and ward processes
- Adherence to nursing standards and working with nursing diagnoses
- Preparation of the necessary documentation in ORBIS NICE and forwarding of relevant information
- Performance recording according to specifications
- Close and transparent cooperation with all professionals involved in the treatment, including external contacts
- Execution of diagnostic and therapeutic measures according to medical prescriptions
Therefore, we want you
- Completed training as a Certified Nurse, or you are a health and nursing professional
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form
- Experience in acute psychiatry is an advantage
- You are a resilient and flexible personality
- An independent and responsible way of working completes your profile
