We are a team of 200 enthusiastic cyclists. As a leading specialist store in Switzerland, we continuously develop new ideas to make cycling even more enjoyable. CO2-free cycling, whether through muscle power or renewable energy on the e-bike, counteracts climate change and has a positive impact on air quality. Therefore, we also advocate politically for the promotion of cycling in everyday life and leisure. Cyclists, everyday riders, tourers, and e-bike users feel comfortable with us and find everything their heart desires in our eleven stores and in the online shop veloplus.ch.
For our store in Biel/Bienne, we are looking for a:
SALES ADVISOR 80-100%
YOUR MAIN TASKS
- Competent advice for our customers
- Sales of the extensive range and our services
- Conducting ergonomic services such as saddle pressure and video analyses
- Product presentation and handling
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed training as a retail specialist in the sports sector or as a bike mechanic is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Good practical knowledge of bikes and the corresponding accessories is an advantage
- Confident German language skills, knowledge of French
- Team player with a flair for sales
- Communicative, service-oriented, and customer-focused
- Affinity for digital tools
