A Bartender
To complete its teams for the 2026/2027 winter season, Télé-Thyon is looking for its "Catering" department:
Your duties:
- Stock the bar with products and tidy it;
- Carry out the inventory of daily needs for restocking;
- Set up products and equipment according to established work procedures;
- Welcome customers and prepare drinks according to detailed technical sheets;
- Serve customers at the counter, in the dining room or on the terrace;
- Handle billing and payment for consumptions;
- Clear tables and the counter then ensure the maintenance and cleaning of the bar;
- Wash glassware;
- Inform customers about the activities and offers of the establishment;
- Apply the commercial policy of the establishment;
- Ensure customer satisfaction;
- Contribute to snow clearance of the terrace and restaurant access when necessary.
Your profile:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, sense of welcome and customer service;
- Ease with customer relationship codes;
- Excellent memory, dexterity and speed of execution;
- Good command of English;
- Team spirit and organisational skills;
- Excellent presentation, professionalism and punctuality;
- Dynamism and good stress resistance;
- Commercial flair;
- Prior knowledge of the restaurant’s offer, menu and wine list;
- Good skiing or snowboarding level allowing safe access to the workplace regardless of weather conditions;
- Knowledge of the resort’s events and ski area (cabin schedules, names of surrounding mountains, ...).
