Team and Responsibilities
Control the flow. Create transparency. Enable growth.
With our international growth, managing inventories and order flows becomes a central lever for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
As a Supply Chain Manager – Inventory & Order Management, you take responsibility for our inventory and order processes across all channels. You create transparency over stock levels, control replenishment, and ensure that our goods flows operate smoothly.
In doing so, you work at the interface of Operations, Purchasing, Sales, Finance, and our 3PL partners – continuously developing our processes.
The focus of this role is the control and optimisation of our supply chain in day-to-day business – with a clear focus on availability, efficiency, and scalability.
You combine data-driven management with operational implementation and ensure that our inventories and order flows are always managed cleanly and transparently.
Responsibilities
- You take responsibility for global inventory management and ensure transparency across all warehouses.
- You monitor stock levels, analyse demands, and trigger reorders with suppliers.
- You manage stock allocation as well as transfers between warehouses.
- You ensure smooth order flows from order receipt to delivery (largely automated setup).
- You work closely with strategic purchasing to ensure optimal availability and replenishment.
- You are the central interface between Sales, Operations, Finance, and 3PL partners.
- You identify bottlenecks and drive continuous process improvements.
- You define, track, and optimise relevant KPIs (e.g. inventory coverage, inventory value, order accuracy, fulfilment performance).
- You contribute to the development of scalable supply chain structures.
- You coordinate and consolidate inventory and sales forecasts in alignment with Sales.
Your Profile
- You bring 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, operations, or logistics.
- You have practical experience in inventory management and controlling replenishment processes.
- You work analytically and have a strong sense for numbers and data.
- You are confident in using Excel.
- You work in a structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented manner.
- You take ownership and enjoy working across departments.
- You have good German and English skills.
- You have experience with ERP systems (WMS knowledge is a plus but not mandatory).
