For our Modernisation Department in the Northwestern Switzerland region, we are looking for you as a committed Senior Construction Manager (m/f/d). In this role, you will work on a refurbishment project in Brugg.

Your responsibilities

• Independent management and coordination of demanding refurbishment and renovation projects with responsibility for quality, costs and deadlines
• Leadership and control of craftsmen, specialist planners, contractors as well as internal project teams
• Preparation of tenders, awards, construction programmes and execution of change order and contract management
• Ensuring professional project controlling including measurement, billing and cost monitoring
• Implementation and monitoring of requirements in the areas of occupational safety, quality, environment and sustainability

Why you will succeed

• Completed training as a certified construction manager or comparable technical construction education with appropriate further training
• Several years of professional experience as a construction manager, ideally in complex refurbishment, renovation or large-scale projects
• Sound knowledge of Swiss construction standards and norms (SIA, BKP, NPK) as well as tendering and contract law
• Leadership experience, entrepreneurial thinking and a strong awareness of costs and quality
• Independent, structured and assertive personality with very good German language skills, both spoken and written
