At the Institute for Intellectual Property, we are looking for a committed personality with drive, creativity, and expertise across the entire HR live cycle. In this hub function, you will develop HR processes and specialist concepts together with the HR team as a basis to shape the HR IT system landscape at the interface with IT. You also enjoy analyzing data and are proficient in the corresponding systems.

What to expect from us
- Developing, standardizing, and automating HR processes
- Developing system requirements in HR specialist concepts in collaboration with various stakeholders as a basis for new tools and solutions
- Developing and operating HR IT systems at the interface with IT
- Acting as superuser for SAP HR as well as other systems and e-recruiting tools
- Responsible for HR analytics and personnel controlling data
- Leading HR development projects and actively participating in cross-departmental projects
What makes you successful
What makes you successful
- University of applied sciences degree in HR, business informatics, or a comparable education
- Several years of experience in a similar role as well as in project management
- Experience in personnel controlling and analytics is a plus
- Native German or French speaker with very good knowledge of the other language and good English skills
- Solid knowledge of HR IT tools (SAP HR module, etc.)
- Analytical and networked thinking skills
- Independence, accuracy, and discretion
- Structured, precise, and independent working style combined with a sense of responsibility, assertiveness, and customer orientation
