Your mission:
The Key Account Manager significantly contributes to the company’s success. In this role, you benefit from a large degree of freedom, strong autonomy, and work in a stimulating and dynamic environment offering great potential for success.
Our expectations for this mission:
- Active prospecting and acquisition of new clients to actively develop your portfolio in French-speaking Switzerland.
- Rigorous and systematic development of existing clients in our key strategic growth areas: Hygiene & Cleaning (H&C), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and Catering.
- Strong sales orientation and contract closing: your role goes far beyond simple advice, you are a true "closer" who realises business opportunities.
- Regular visits to each client in the portfolio to meet business objectives.
- Responding to clients’ needs (product choice, order transmission method, delivery, and invoicing) in compliance with the company’s commercial policy.
- Supporting new clients during the start-up phase.
- Planning, coordinating, and implementing any action aimed at optimising the turnover of clients and their subsidiaries.
- Customer orientation in all circumstances.
- Planning, organising, and delivering presentations or training.
- Participation in any event if necessary.
- Performing any other tasks if needed.
Your strengths and skills:
- Completed basic commercial training and additional training as a sales or marketing specialist is an advantage.
- Proven experience in sales and acquisition (preferably in a commercial company).
- Excellent command of French; English is an asset.
- Affinity for various IT tools and MS Office, very good knowledge of Excel.
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact and a strong sense of initiative.
- Negotiation talent, success and goal orientation.
- Willingness to travel and a valid driving licence.
