Warehouse/Logistics & Internal Sales Staff (m/f/d) 100%

Your tasks:

50% Warehouse/Logistics

• Handling and control of goods incoming and outgoing including system-based posting
• Proper storage, picking, packing and preparation of customer orders for dispatch
• Processing delivery notes and shipping documents
• Conducting inventories and resolving stock discrepancies
• Ensuring orderliness, cleanliness and compliance with safety regulations
• Participation in projects and continuous optimisation of warehouse and logistics processes

 50% Internal Sales

• Telephone and written support and advice for our B2B customers and trading partners
• Independent order processing from quotation to invoicing
• Administrative support for the Managing Director Switzerland and the field sales team
• Maintenance of customer master data and processing of orders in the ERP system
• Coordination with sales, logistics and other internal departments
• Handling complaints and debtors in cooperation with the responsible specialist departments
• Active customer care and sales promotion in the relevant language regions

 Your profile:

• Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ/EBA or commercial training; experience in the other area is an advantage
• Professional experience in warehouse logistics and/or internal sales
• Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with ERP systems
• Very good German skills including Swiss German as well as French skills at least at level C1; Italian skills are an advantage
• SUVA-recognised forklift licence is an advantage
• Strong customer orientation as well as an independent, structured and reliable working style
• Team spirit, flexibility and enjoyment of a varied role
