To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Technologist (m/f/d) starting mid-2026
residing in Germany / Switzerland / Austria / Benelux Your tasks:
- Prepare, accompany on-site, and evaluate system recordings (with a focus on Deposit Control)

Create and implement technical concepts/treatment proposals for customers, and present these proposals to the customer.
Assist in new developments, modification of existing products, including contact with

suppliers and partners

Contribute and develop project proposals as well as ongoing project management
Represent Servophil AG technologically at specialist conferences/symposia/fairs and, if necessary,

write and present papers

Act as a link between field service and R&D by proactively supporting the sales team
Troubleshooter for customer issues, supporting our field service
Keep the balance between technological improvements and economic or operational results for customers and Servophil in view Your profile:
Completed studies in chemistry / chemical engineering or paper engineering
Several years of professional experience and good market knowledge in the paper, pulp, or

water treatment industry

Basic business management knowledge
Practically proven skills in project management
Enjoy traveling and intensive customer contact
Initiative and independence as well as enjoyment of teamwork
Strong communication skills as well as confident and convincing appearance
Very good English skills in spoken and written form We offer:
