To strengthen our team in the Charcuterie & Cheese area, we are looking for a motivated and committed Supermarket Employee, 30%, starting 04.05.2026, at the Biel location.

Your responsibilities
- You conduct sales conversations and advise our demanding customers competently and friendly.
- You regularly check the sales stands for completeness and cleanliness.
- You successfully implement product and local concepts.
- You create an attractive market atmosphere according to the concept (season, etc.).
- You ensure the freshness and quality of our offerings.
- You consistently comply with the prescribed hygiene regulations.

Your profile
- Ideally, you have completed basic training in retail in the food and luxury goods sector.
- You have already gained professional experience in an equivalent position, preferably as a meat specialist salesperson.
- You are a reliable and committed person who works with great joy and enthusiasm.
- You have a motivated, friendly, and well-groomed personality.
- You have a clean, careful, and efficient working style.
- You speak fluent German and ideally have knowledge of another national language.
