Job Description
Your mission
Within a dynamic and multidisciplinary team, you alternate between several activities that make your work rich and stimulating:
- Welcoming, preparing and accompanying patients throughout their care.
- Directly assisting doctors during endoscopic examinations.
- Participating in the reprocessing and control of endoscopes according to quality standards.
- Managing the administrative activities of the department related to the patient file: telephone reception, scheduling, appointments, and medical documentation, using innovative digital tools, including AI-assisted dictation.
- Collaborating closely with nurses, doctors and the various teams of the Clinic to offer a quality patient experience.
- Actively participating in the continuous improvement of the department's operations.
Qualifications
The profile we are looking for
- Diploma or Federal VET Certificate as a medical assistant or equivalent training.
- Experience in endoscopy is an asset, but we also welcome motivated candidates wishing to train in this specialty.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a welcoming manner.
- Comfort with IT tools and administrative tasks.
- Team spirit, autonomy, organisational skills and ability to manage priorities.
- Rigor, versatility and a desire to invest in a constantly evolving department.
