Head of Property Management of the Knecht Group (m/f/d) 100%

Work locations: Windisch AG and Zurich Hardbrücke

In this responsible role, you take overall responsibility for the professional management of a diverse real estate portfolio. Your area of responsibility includes in particular:

• Responsibility for the management of various properties in the German-speaking part of Switzerland
• Leasing of vacant spaces including active market development
• Creation, conclusion, and termination of rental contracts
• Ensuring correct and complete contract documentation
• Planning and implementation of structural maintenance measures
• Personnel and professional leadership of the management team (approx. 3 FTE)
• Responsibility for the administration of property management (tenant files, changes, accounting)
• Contact person for tenants and interested parties as well as maintenance of customer relationships
• Efficient purchase of fuels as well as administrative management of the filling station
• Cost-optimized awarding and monitoring of maintenance and repair work
• Ensuring smooth, operational operation of the managed properties
• Handling general correspondence
• Ensuring a high quality of service (internal and external)
• Initiation and implementation of optimizations in organization and processes

• Completed training in the real estate sector (e.g. property manager with federal certificate or equivalent)
• Several years of professional experience in property management
• Leadership experience as well as pronounced social competence
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• High service orientation and strong communication skills
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Experience with Abacus is an advantage
