Task:
Close cooperation with the nursing management of the ward, nursing development, and other specialists. Introduction and anchoring of ward-, medical-, and clinic-specific instructions, guidelines, and concepts in collaboration with the ward management and their deputy. Develop joint solutions with the nursing team and adjust processes. Specialist responsibility for nursing quality and further development of nursing. Conduct training in close cooperation with emergency education. Initiate and moderate professional discussions. Professional, comprehensive, and nursing care of patients. Support of relatives in acute situations. Work in all shifts as part of the team.
Requirements:
Completed training as Dipl. Expert Emergency Care NDS HF. Completed further education in project or quality management (Bachelor, MAS/DAS/CAS). Experience in a similar role or willingness to further education. Resilient professional who can adapt well and very quickly to changing tasks and situations. Great commitment to the nursing profession and interest in positively influencing various developments. Professional, reliable, and careful working style.
