Location: Hochweid Retirement Home, Sockenstrasse 124, 8802 Kilchberg ZH / Department 1 and 2, mixed geriatrics

Working hours: 40% – 100%

Start: immediately

Your role with us

You are the contact person for the residents entrusted to you and actively shape their daily lives. You work closely with the qualified nursing staff and take responsibility within your area of expertise.

Your tasks

• Care and support of residents in everyday life
• Performing medical-technical and nursing tasks according to the competence profile
• Observing and assessing changes in health status
• Participating in the planning and implementation of care
• Electronic nursing documentation
• Collaboration with relatives and interdisciplinary professionals
• Contributing to a respectful and professional community life in the home

Your profile

• Qualification as Health Specialist EFZ
• Enjoyment in working with elderly people
• Independent, reliable and responsible working style
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends
