The gastronomy at ZHAW Winterthur belongs to the Zurich University of Applied Sciences. The gastronomy in Winterthur consists of the Restaurant Grüner Saal, the Cafeteria Mäander, the Mensa St. Georgen, the Mensa and Cafeteria Eulachpassage, the Cafeteria Trichtersaal, the Cafeteria Chez Adeline, and the zfv x roots campus in the university library. Furthermore, numerous internal and external caterings are carried out. In line with the ZFV philosophy, fresh food is cooked on site with regional, ecologically sensible produced, and fairly traded ingredients.
