Job Description

• Operating and monitoring the systems for the production of coated battery electrodes while ensuring product quality
• Participation in the operational production process
• Conducting fault analyses and troubleshooting
• Checking and monitoring product specifications
• Responsible for achieving qualitative and quantitative targets
• Cleaning the plant and plant components and performing simple maintenance tasks
• Continuous optimisation of production processes to increase productivity while maintaining the required quality
• Training new plant operators in the plant and processes

Profile

• Completed vocational training as a production mechanic or plant operator

Professional Requirements

• Sound knowledge and several years of professional experience in operating systems
• Good technical understanding and experience in a production company
• You possess analytical skills, are a team player, resilient, and demonstrate precise working methods
• You are reliable, flexible, assertive, and responsible
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Basic PC skills in Office applications (Word and Excel)
• German language skills, spoken and written
