Construction or Agricultural Machinery Mechanic (m/f) as Deputy Workshop Manager (100%) in Münchenbuchsee (BE)

Your tasks with us

Your role - as an indispensable part of our dynamic workshop team

• You support the workshop management in leading the team and ensure smooth processes.
• You contribute your organisational strengths: preparing cost estimates, recording orders in the system (SAP), issuing invoices, and managing tools – that’s your thing.
• You also work hands-on: performing service tasks, repairing machines, and ensuring their long-term maintenance.
• In doing so, you deal not only with classic construction equipment but also with modern compact construction machines up to 15 tonnes.

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a construction, agricultural, or truck mechanic.
• Several years of professional experience in the workshop – ideally with responsibility.
• Technical understanding, enjoyment of digital work (SAP, PC, etc.), and a reliable, structured working style.
• You are communicative, work well in a team, and present yourself to customers in a friendly and competent manner.
• Driving licence category B.
