Role:
For our Rocken partner, we are looking for a committed individual with a strong understanding of numbers and commercial processes. The company operates in a diverse environment that combines production, sales, gastronomy, hospitality and events. You can expect a varied position in which you manage different areas of accounting, take on administrative tasks and actively contribute to a smooth financial daily routine.
Responsibilities:
You independently handle the processing of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
You monitor and post all movements on payment accounts and check the daily cash closings
You assist with periodic closing tasks and the preparation of VAT returns
You process outstanding receivables and support the collection process
You perform organisational tasks within the company and support internal administration
Qualifications:
You have a commercial qualification or an equivalent education; further training in accounting, for example as an accounting clerk, is an advantage
You have several years of practical experience in accounting and good knowledge of relevant accounting processes
You are confident with MS Office and ideally have experience with Sage
You have experience in receivables management and dunning
You possess a strong numerical understanding as well as a conscientious and systematic working style
Fluent German language skills are required
