Production or Polymechanic Rotor Manufacturing (m/f)

Your tasks:

• Manufacturing individual parts and small series on conventional and CNC-controlled turning and milling machines based on technical documents (drawings, parts lists, work plans)
• CNC cylindrical grinding of rotors and stators
• Setting up machines, creating corresponding data sheets
• Programming and correcting machine controls
• Layering and hard soldering of rotor packs
• Equipping rotors with magnets, bandaging and balancing
• Monitoring quality, first-piece inspection and operator self-check

Your qualifications:

• Completed apprenticeship as a production mechanic, polymechanic or similar training
• Several years of experience in manufacturing turned, milled and ground parts in the field of mechanics
• Several years of experience in setting up and programming CNC machines
• Proficient in reading technical drawings (form and positional tolerances) and using required measuring instruments
• Welding knowledge
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form
• Precise, efficient and independent working style as well as teamwork skills
