Supervision, coaching and skills development of a team of 3 mechanics
Management of maintenance plans to increase equipment availability and reduce unplanned downtime
Development and improvement of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
Operation and evolution of online monitoring systems
Participation in the integration and optimisation of robotic solutions
Analysis of critical failures and implementation of sustainable actions
Close collaboration with production, engineering and external partners

What you bringexpand_more

Basic technical training (CFC) complemented by a higher professional education diploma (BF/DF/ES) preferred
3 to 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance
Initial experience in supervision or willingness to move into a leadership role
Experience in preventive / predictive maintenance
Interest in digitalisation, sensors and data analysis
CMMS knowledge (SAP PM an advantage)
Structured, solution-oriented approach and team spirit
Native French speaker, with experience in technical German preferred
