Your tasks

• Operational management and organisation of the housekeeping department including cleaning and laundry
• Leadership, promotion and development of employees (team of approx. 22 employees)
• Ensuring professional, customer-oriented housekeeping as well as high quality and hygiene standards
• Planning, control and monitoring of housekeeping processes including work scheduling
• Active participation in day-to-day business as well as close cooperation with the hospitality management

Your profile

• Completed training as a hospitality-housekeeping specialist with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) or equivalent
• Further training as a hospitality-housekeeping department manager (EFA) is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in housekeeping
• Leadership skills, ability to work in a team and enjoyment of collaboration
• High service orientation, respectful interaction with residents and relatives
• Organisational talent, responsible and solution-oriented working style
• Good communication skills, quality awareness and confident use of common Office programmes
