Your area of responsibility
In this role at Griesser, you can expect a varied and responsible position with great scope for design and high personal responsibility. Together with your team, you ensure the availability of our production facilities and thus make a decisive contribution to smooth production operations.
- Independent analysis, diagnosis and rectification of faults on our production facilities
- Carrying out maintenance, servicing and optimisation work on automated manufacturing systems
- Performing minor programming tasks as well as adjustments and optimisations on PLC-controlled production systems
- Supporting the further development and modernisation of existing control and automation solutions
- Conducting and documenting fault analyses and sustainable fault rectifications
- Testing electrical equipment and systems in accordance with applicable regulations
- Supporting the implementation of improvement measures to increase system availability, quality and efficiency
- Providing on-call service in 2nd-level support for fault rectification (travel time max. 30 minutes)
- Co-responsibility for managing the spare parts warehouse

What you bring
- Completed vocational training as an Automation Technician EFZ or a comparable technical qualification
- Experience in an industrial environment or in the maintenance of production and manufacturing systems is an advantage
- Enthusiasm for automation technology as well as programming and optimisation of PLC controls
- Knowledge of Beckhoff controls is an advantage
- Technical understanding and enjoyment of systematic fault analysis and problem solving
- Responsible, reliable and independent personality with a networked way of thinking
- Strong communication skills and appropriate interaction with different contacts
- Team-oriented, flexible and solution-focused working style
- Interest in new technologies and enthusiasm for technical innovations
