- You supervise student work, exercises, and case studies and enjoy working with students
- You teach Food Law, Food Safety, and Quality Management at the Bachelor's level and give independent presentations
- You participate in the organization and implementation of continuing education courses, the CAS Food Law certificate program, and the Wädenswil Food Law Conference
- You acquire projects from industry/administration in the field of Quality Management, Food Safety, and Food Law
- You take on project work depending on suitability/previous knowledge/profile
- You contribute to the maintenance of the subject group's homepage and the creation of the monthly newsletter ·
- You maintain your network and exchange with industry and administration
- You support the subject group management in organizational and administrative matters
- Degree in Food Technology ETH/FH or equivalent training with several years of solid professional experience in the food industry or with authorities in the field of Food Law, Food Safety, Quality Management
- High interest and competence in topics and questions of Food Law and Food Safety
- Team player as well as a versatile, flexible, communicative, and resilient personality
- Structured, precise, goal-oriented, and customer-oriented working style
- Enjoyment in accompanying students and continuing education participants on their educational journey
- Affinity for the topic of digitalization in teaching
- Excellent language skills in German and English
