Accountant / Executive Assistant - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for generalists who are not afraid of new challenges. Experience with logistics assets is a plus but not essential.

Your Role

• Participation in ongoing financial accounting
• Processing of accounts receivable & payable invoices, banks, credit cards, and travel expenses
• Management of incoming and outgoing invoices as well as other administrative tasks
• Execution of payment transactions
• Preparation of statistical reports
• Preparation of VAT pre-registrations and VAT refund procedures
• Execution and reconciliation of intercompany billing
• Assistance in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to UGB
• Project support in the area of digitalisation and automation
• Office organisation, travel booking (approx. 5% – 10% of the role)

Your Profile

• Successfully completed commercial training, ideally as a tax clerk or equivalent
• Confident MS Office skills, especially Excel and Word
• Ability to recognise and set priorities
• High level of responsibility combined with initiative and strong team spirit
