Role:
For our Rocken partner, we are looking for a strong leadership personality to lead the finance team and actively drive the further development of financial controlling. In this strategically and operationally shaped role, you will design modern control instruments, optimise financial processes, and contribute to the further development of the ERP landscape. You can expect a dynamic environment where digitalisation and organisational change are actively shaped.
Responsibilities:
You lead the finance team and promote the professional and personal development of your employees
You further develop financial controlling and establish a modern control system with relevant key figures and meaningful reporting
Together with your team, you ensure smooth financial and budget processes and drive their optimisation and digitalisation
You prepare decision bases and recommendations for action for the management and advise them on business management issues
You lead sub-projects if necessary, for example within the framework of an ERP implementation, and work in cross-departmental project teams
Qualifications:
You have a completed degree (university/FH) in business administration or a comparable qualification
You bring several years of professional and leadership experience in finance and accounting as well as controlling, preferably in the public sector
You have pronounced strategic-conceptual thinking, analytical skills, and a good understanding of digital processes and structures
You communicate convincingly and appropriately for the audience, work solution-oriented, and have very good IT user skills, especially in ERP systems and MS Office
Fluent German language skills are required
