WHAT MOVES YOU
• You support the team management in the areas of overall HR including payroll and finance
• You independently take on tasks in the area of HR processes
• You ensure smooth operation of the reception and premises areas
• You take on administrative and secretarial tasks
• You independently organize internal and external events
• Depending on the workload, you take on HR administration tasks for our customers
THIS IS HOW YOU SUCCEED
• After completing vocational training in the commercial field, you have completed recognized professional training or further education in HR (mandatory) and finance (advantageous)
• You already have professional experience in administration, organization, and HR as well as ideally marketing and want to further develop in these areas
• You are very familiar with all M365 applications and have already gained experience with Abacus
• You are passionately committed to the well-being of people in the company
• You have strong organizational skills and an exact, reliable way of working
• You master the German language with style
