What to expect:

• Setting up and monitoring injection moulding machines, unloading robots, and post-processing equipment
• Ensuring smooth and high-quality production
• Conducting sampling, homologations, and process optimisations
• Planning and controlling production orders (keeping deadlines under control, focusing on output)
• Guiding, supervising, and supporting employees in the injection moulding department
• Documenting and analysing manufacturing parameters and malfunctions

What you bring:

• Mandatory qualification as a plastics technologist with experience in MIM/CIM or solid practical experience as a setter operator in injection moulding (or comparable role)
• Technical understanding of injection moulding machines, machinery, robots, as well as system and process management
• Quality awareness, initiative, and focus on continuous improvement
• Willingness to take responsibility and share knowledge
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system (06:00–22:00)
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
