For our client, an established Swiss company with around 400 employees, we are looking for a committed individual as Project Manager Acoustics and Building Physics in the business area Sustainable Building.
The company has been active for over 40 years in various areas around consulting, planning and construction and develops sustainable and future-oriented solutions for living spaces. You can expect an interdisciplinary environment with demanding projects, a lot of personal responsibility and room to actively further develop your field of expertise.
Your tasksIndependent management of demanding building physics and acoustics projects for new builds and renovations with responsibility for quality, deadlines and cost-effectiveness
Consulting clients and project teams on thermal insulation, moisture protection, sound insulation and room acoustics
Preparation of building physics verifications, calculations and technical reports
Development of economical, practical and sustainable solutions in collaboration with architectural and planning offices
Direct exchange with clients and interdisciplinary project partners
Participation in the acquisition of new projects and expansion of customer relationships
Further development of the service offering and contribution of own ideas in the field of building physics and acoustics
Completed studies in civil engineering, environmental engineering, physics or comparable education
Further training in building physics, environmental technology, acoustics or a related field
Several years of professional experience in building physics and/or acoustics
Experience in independent processing and management of construction and planning projects
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
Enjoyment of customer contact, consulting, acquisition and interdisciplinary collaboration
Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative and confident German language skills, both spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage
