This way you support the team in Finance/Sales/People & Culture/Communication flexibly, reliably and always with an eye for the essentials. Your motivation is to make processes even simpler and to support colleagues so that we can celebrate successes together. 

The working hours are daily from 07:15 to 09:30 and from 14:30 to 16:45.
The shifts therefore take place in the morning and in the afternoon.
For organisational reasons, alternative working time models are not possible for this position.

What awaits you

• Processing and distribution of incoming mail in-house
• Processing and researching special shipments and parcels
• Preparing outgoing mail
• Digital registration of mail traffic in the customer system
• Willingness to work overtime in case of short-term illness absences

What you bring with you

• Completed vocational training (students also welcome)
• Experience in a support function is an advantage
• Good IT skills
• Confident German skills in communication and correspondence
• Residence in the Biel agglomeration is an advantage
