About the job
What to expect
- You take on customer responsibility: You independently manage and develop existing customers from the authorities, emergency services, security, and defence sectors and are their central contact person at ti&m.
- You expand your customer portfolio: You identify new customers and business opportunities, deliberately develop existing relationships further, and build a sustainable network in the industry.
- You develop business potential: You recognise the strategic and operational challenges of your customers and translate these together with our technology experts into concrete solution approaches and business opportunities.
- You are responsible for the entire sales process: From the first contact through needs clarification and offer creation to negotiations and contract conclusion, you independently manage your sales opportunities.
- You accompany public tenders: You coordinate the processing of tenders together with our specialists and are responsible for creating convincing offers.
- You develop long-term customer partnerships: You position ti&m as a strategic technology partner, identify new potentials, and ensure sustainable customer satisfaction together with our delivery teams.
- You represent ti&m in the market: You present our solutions, represent us at specialist events, and further expand our market presence in the area of eGov and National Security.
What you bring
- You want to take responsibility and make a difference: You want to shape your own customer relationships, develop business opportunities, and make a concrete contribution to the digitalisation of public security in Switzerland.
- You know the security environment: You have experience with police, fire brigade, rescue service, civil protection, customs, border security, or the army, or you know the challenges of authorities and security organisations from your professional environment.
- You enjoy customer relationships and business development: You actively approach people, build trust, and recognise opportunities for long-term collaboration.
- You think entrepreneurially: You work independently, pursue your goals consistently, and take responsibility for developing your customer portfolio.
- You are enthusiastic about technology: Digitalisation, artificial intelligence, and modern IT solutions interest you. You do not have to be a technology professional, as you have our specialists by your side.
- You bring potential rather than necessarily sales experience: Initial experience in customer support, consulting, or sales is an advantage. What matters is your motivation, industry understanding, and willingness to learn account management.
- You convince through personality: You communicate openly and engagingly, can bring people together, and enjoy working with interdisciplinary teams.
- You have completed a degree at ETH, a university, or a comparable higher education institution in computer science or a technical field.
- You communicate fluently in German and English. Knowledge of French is an advantage.
What we offer you
- Real customer and business responsibility: You have the opportunity to build your own customer portfolio, develop it strategically, and actively shape the success of our business area.
- A meaningful role: You work with organisations that are crucial for Switzerland’s security and support them in their digital development.
- Strong technological expertise at your side: Together with experienced technology experts, you develop solutions that create real added value for your customers.
