Project Manager: Sanitary

• Independent management and coordination of sanitary projects in new builds and renovations
• Planning, calculation and execution of projects across all phases
• Leadership and coordination of fitters as well as subcontractors on the projects
• Schedule, cost and quality control
• Contact person for clients, architects, planners and authorities
• Preparation of offers, change orders and billing
• Ensuring compliance with standards, regulations and safety standards

What defines you.

• Completed basic training as a sanitary installer with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
• Further training as a project manager, technician HF or equivalent
• Several years of experience in project management in the sanitary sector
• Good knowledge of relevant standards (e.g. SVGW)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
• Driving licence category B
