Operations Electrician (m/f/d) 100%

About the job

Erbo Spraytec AG is an independent Swiss family business and the premier address for the development and manufacture of customised powder products using fluidised bed technology. We develop and produce high-quality, innovative additives for the food and feed industry for a worldwide clientele.

"If it works, it was you! If not, you too!"

We are looking for you as an Operations Electrician (m/f/d) 100%

You find the fault before others even notice there is one. You get machines running again, think electrically and act practically. With us, you don’t just change fuses. You ensure that our systems run, our production functions, and technical problems stay where they belong: not in our operation.

Your mission

• Analyse and resolve malfunctions
• Maintain and service production equipment
• Carry out repairs and electrical installations
• Contribute ideas and improve technical processes
• Collaborate with other departments

You bring with you:

• Completed training as an industrial mechanic, electrician, or comparable qualification
• Operations electrician permit according to NIV13 or the necessary prerequisites to obtain it
• Enjoyment of technology and pragmatic solutions
• Independent and reliable working style
• Interest in production equipment and their controls
• Willingness to get involved where it gets technically exciting

What to expect with us:

• No office job, no boredom, and no "always by the book"
• Short decision-making paths thanks to a flat hierarchy
• A family-like environment
• Lots of personal responsibility
• Many people who are glad when you fix the malfunction

We only accept direct applications. Files from recruitment agencies will not be considered or answered.
