AI Security – Consultant / Manager 80-100%

We are looking for motivated AI Security specialists with technical depth and a collaborative personality who convince through quality awareness and initiative. 

What can you expect in this role? 

As a Consultant / Manager in the AI Security team, you shape the secure use of AI-systems at our clients: 

• You advise on equal footing: As a Trusted Advisor you support medium-sized companies and global market leaders in the secure use of AI-systems. You work with stakeholders from the C-suite to data science and engineering teams. 

• You achieve measurable impact: In designing and implementing secure AI architectures, you elevate our clients to a new level – whether securing GenAI applications, complying with regulatory requirements, or as part of a comprehensive AIGovernance strategy. 

• You expand and sharpen our portfolio: Within our international Cybersecurity community, you bring new impulses in AI Security, actively shape the topic and support the development of junior staff. 

What do you bring? 

• A solid technical foundation: You have a university degree in computer science, data science, business informatics or a related field. Ideally, you bring practical programming experience (e.g. Python) or a background in data science that enables you to deeply understand how AI systems work. 

• Experience or willingness in the area of cybersecurity compliance: You have already had contact with compliance frameworks and standards (for example ISO 27001,  
  ISO 42001 and the EU AI Act). If you are just starting here, you bring the curiosity and willingness to quickly familiarise yourself with these topics. 

• Relevant experience with AI systems: You have solid know-how in generative AI – from RAG architectures to agentic workflows – and understand how these systems are embedded in existing cloud and enterprise infrastructures. You bring an understanding of adjacent disciplines such as identity & access management (IAM), cloud security and data architecture. Plus points for experience in securing AI systems (prompt injection, data poisoning, model security) or knowledge of relevant frameworks such as OWASP Top 10 for LLMs. 

• Strong communication and consulting skills: You communicate clearly and convincingly from CISO to ML engineer and work closely with all relevant stakeholders to achieve sustainable results. As a team player, you actively contribute, take responsibility and show initiative from day one.
