Project Manager Ventilation (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 115,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager HVAC / Building Services Engineering for the independent handling of small to medium building services projects. You will be responsible for your projects from concept and calculation through tendering and awarding to realisation and acceptance. In doing so, you coordinate the technical and spatial interfaces with other trades and take on the professional leadership of project staff. In addition to planning, construction finances, quality assurance and building permit procedures are central to the role.
Responsibilities:
Independent management of HVAC and building services projects across all relevant SIA phases
Development, dimensioning and optimisation of technical systems and energy concepts
Creation and review of calculations, schematics, plans and technical specifications
Responsibility for tendering, offer comparisons, awarding and award negotiations
Technical and spatial coordination of your own trade with architecture, electrical, building automation and other disciplines
Professional leadership and coordination of project staff and planners
Management of projects regarding deadlines, costs, quality and resources
Responsibility for the construction finances of your own trade including cost control and forecasts
Leading construction meetings, technical coordination and quality assurance appointments
Monitoring and documentation of construction progress as well as accompanying the technical execution
Organisation and accompaniment of commissioning, acceptance and defect rectification
Creation and processing of technical documents for building permit applications and approval procedures
Qualifications:
Degree as Certified Technician HF Building Services Engineering or BSc Building Services Engineering / HVAC FH
Several years of experience in planning and project management of building services systems
Solid knowledge in at least one area of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration or sanitary
Experience with tendering, awarding, site management and quality assurance
Good knowledge of relevant SIA standards and Swiss building services standards
Experience in cost, schedule and project management as well as in the professional leadership of project staff
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
