In Perioperative Medicine at the Institute for Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care Medicine of the Hirslanden Clinic in Zurich, you will optimally prepare our patients for the upcoming surgery and, if necessary, accompany them postoperatively as part of our Acute Pain Service.
To complement our team, we are looking for you as a Dipl. Nurse HF 80–100 % with NDS for the Acute Pain Service.

YOUR TASKS
- Care of patients with acute / chronic pain in the perioperative area, including instruction on pain pumps
- Independent planning and execution of pain rounds on the wards, in consultation with the medical anaesthesia service
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with hospital and attending physicians in surgery, internal medicine and neurology
- Professional contact person for nursing staff, including training in the management of patients with acute pain
- Documentation according to current quality standards
- Participation in administrative tasks of Perioperative Medicine
YOUR PROFILE
- Dipl. Nurse HF with NDS IPS / Anaesthesia or experience as a Pain Nurse required
- Further training in pain therapy, or willingness to undertake it
- Communicative, independent, assertive, team player
- Good IT skills
- Very good German and English skills
