Your Tasks
In this versatile and responsible role, you support the Managing Director as well as the corporate management in all organisational and administrative matters. In particular, you take on:
Professional management of the Managing Director's agenda including scheduling, coordination and triage of physical and digital mail, management and follow-up of pending tasks as well as ensuring smooth information flow, creation and quality assurance of presentations, minutes, reports and decision-making documents, organisation, documentation and follow-up of meetings, internal and external events, structured management of document filing (meeting documents, minutes, relevant business documents), correspondence management as well as general administrative support for the Managing Director, annual scheduling in close coordination with the assistant to the corporate management, participation in the planning and execution of Concara events, in collaboration with corporate management as well as Marketing & Communications
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Further training as an executive assistant with a Federal Diploma of Professional Education or comparable further training is an advantage
- Several years of experience as an assistant to a member of executive management
- A pronounced sense of responsibility
- Absolutely discreet and trustworthy in handling sensitive, confidential and strategically relevant information
- Precise, efficient and able to maintain an overview and high work quality even in complex and time-critical situations
