Job description:
In your new role, your tasks impact the quality of patient care. Your role will notably consist of,
- Being in charge of the admission process for inpatient and outpatient patients (variable hours, 7/7)
- Ensuring the update of administrative information related to patient stays
- Being responsible for collecting and verifying patients' insurance coverage
- Mastering the administrative procedures of your sector
- Welcoming, directing, and ensuring internal and external communications, as well as relations with patients
- Managing phone calls and the service's email inbox
- Collaborating with related services (reception, billing, debtor, and medical-nursing staff)
Required profile:
We are confident in your quick integration into your future role thanks to your:
- 3 years of experience in an equivalent position
- Interest in the healthcare sector
- Perfect command of French (read, written, spoken)
- Good knowledge of English (minimum A2/B1)
- Ease in using computer tools (MS Office Pack)
- Knowledge of Opale (an asset)
