Chef / Cook EFZ (with Vocational Training Function) 80 - 100%

Your Challenge

• Deployment in all kitchen areas
• Co-responsible for the production of mise-en-place and the preparation of meals for all guest groups
• Managing your own station according to the supervisor’s instructions
• Support in ordering and inventory management
• Co-responsible for implementing hygiene and quality standards according to food law and internal guidelines
• Responsibility for training apprentices (with vocational training function)

Your Profile

• Successfully completed training as Chef EFZ / Cook EFZ
• Completed vocational trainer course or willingness to complete it (with vocational training function)
• A high degree of personal responsibility, commitment, flexibility, resilience and reliability
• Willingness to work weekends
• Enjoyment in training our apprentices
• Excellent manners as well as service-oriented thinking and acting
• Strong team spirit / loyalty
