Polymechanic (CNC and Conventional Manufacturing)

• Manufacture components using various methods such as turning, drilling, milling, sawing and grinding, both CNC-controlled and conventional
• Perform assembly work as well as installations, commissioning and maintenance
• Manufacture and assemble systems from profile technology
• Carry out quality controls, document them and ensure compliance with the highest standards
• Regularly maintain and service production facilities

• Completed basic training as a polymechanic with a Federal Certificate of Competence or comparable technical training
• Practical experience in the manufacture of profile systems as well as in CNC and conventional machining
• Confident handling of technical drawings and their implementation
• Independent and self-motivated familiarisation with new topics and projects
• Proactive, curious personality with a sense of responsibility and strong implementation skills
