About the job

• You carry out maintenance, repair, cleaning and care work on buildings, facilities and outdoor areas.
• You are responsible for supporting users as well as assisting with events and occasions.
• You undertake furniture rearrangements, internal moves and measures for room care and dirt prevention.
• You implement measures to ensure safety in and around the buildings.
• You are responsible for maintaining contact and coordinating with suppliers, specialist companies and service providers in the housekeeping service area.
• You take on the professional leadership of cleaning staff, as well as deputising for the Head of Housekeeping Service.

• You have completed a 3- or 4-year apprenticeship in a craft or technical field and ideally hold a qualification as a caretaker with a federal diploma or an equivalent further education.
• You bring several years of professional experience in housekeeping service and have sound expertise in building maintenance, upkeep of building services systems and building security.
• You possess good computer and MS Office skills.
• You are characterised by a strong service orientation, a solution-focused working style and a high degree of independence.
• You are an organisational talent with good communication skills.
• You have very good German language skills in spoken and written form; spoken English skills are an advantage.
