For the City of Zurich, the Zurich lowlands, the Zurich highlands and the Winterthur region we are looking for qualified psychiatric nurses HF/FH with a workload of 40-100%.

With us, you largely organise your working day independently and care for your clients preferably in your region. We rely on trust, personal responsibility and a modern form of outpatient psychiatric care.

Your tasks

• Independent support and care of people with mental illnesses in their personal living environment
• Taking over case management and steering the psychiatric nursing process
• Psychiatric assessments, counselling and nursing-therapeutic conversations
• Support in crises, stabilisation and development of individual coping strategies
• Promotion of independence, resources and social participation
• Advice and involvement of relatives and significant others
• Interprofessional collaboration with doctors, psychotherapists, clinics, authorities and other specialist agencies
• Independent planning and documentation of the services provided
• Active participation in shaping a modern outpatient psychiatric care

What you bring with you

• Diploma as a nurse HF/FH
• Professional experience in psychiatry or corresponding psychiatric experience or specialisation during your training
• Enjoyment of independent and responsible work
• High social, communication and relationship skills
• Ability to organise your own working day in a structured and independent manner
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Driving licence category B and willingness to undertake mobile assignments
• Experience in outpatient psychiatric care is an advantage but not a requirement
