Scrum Master | Agile & SAFe (Leading Insurer in Switzerland)

We are looking for a motivated and open Junior Scrum Master for our client in the insurance sector in Nyon.

Organise and facilitate Scrum ceremonies according to the SAFe framework (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective, PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt)
Support teams in their agile development and promote their autonomy
Ensure the proper application of agile methods and practices
Identify and remove obstacles to guarantee smooth workflow
Facilitate collaboration between teams, Product Owners, architects and Epic Owners
Support Product Owners in backlog management and prioritisation
Contribute to the orchestration of activities within the SAFe structure and collaborate with Release Train Engineers (RTE)
Encourage a culture of continuous improvement, transparency and collective responsibility
Foster a climate of trust, cooperation and performance within teams

At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within an agile environment
Good knowledge of Scrum and ideally the SAFe framework
Ability to coach, support and help teams progress towards greater autonomy
Strong sense of priorities and value creation orientation
Excellent communication, facilitation and active listening skills
Ability to make decisions and manage complex situations calmly and pragmatically
Ability to resolve conflicts and foster consensus among stakeholders
Collaborative leadership based on example rather than hierarchical authority
Reliable, mature and solution-oriented personality
Integrity, transparency and a strong sense of responsibility
Openness to feedback and willingness for continuous learning
Comfortable working both in a team and autonomously
Fluent in French and English
