We are looking for a doer.

Master builder? Gardener? Drywaller? Trained farmer? Or just damn skilled?

📍 Hildisrieden / Weggis LU | 💼 100% or by arrangement | 🚀 Start: as soon as it suits both parties

Can you operate a machine without first looking for the manual?

Do you see work and it sees you?

If a job needs doing and the statement "That’s not part of my job" triggers you as much as not having modern tools, then we should get to know each other.

Because honestly – we don’t yet know what job title will be on your business card.

All-rounder? Construction professional? Doer? A man for all trades?

What matters is not what you have learned, but what you can do and how you work.

Your day is varied, including:

• Creating core drillings and breakthroughs
• Pointed, demolition and smaller master builder tasks
• Creating plinths and foundations
• Excavation and surrounding work
• Smaller drywall and plastering tasks
• Supporting our sanitary and heating fitters on site
• And completing all the tasks where someone is needed who can simply get stuck in and find a solution

Maybe you are...

✅ Bricklayer / Master builder ✅ Gardener / Landscape gardener ✅ Drywaller ✅ Farmer ✅ Construction worker with lots of experience ✅ Or come from a completely different craft profession

Your original profession is secondary to us. Much more important is that you:

• Are very skilled manually
• Think ahead instead of waiting for the next instruction
• Are reliable and independent
• Have a category B driving licence
• Make decisions and work as if the company belonged to you

We are looking for the right person and will then jointly determine which workload and working model suits both parties best.
