Rotating Equipment Mechanic

About the Position

Within the Engineering department, you directly contribute to the reliability and performance of our facilities by ensuring the mechanical maintenance of the refinery's rotating equipment and the Jura Neuchâtel Pipeline (OJNSA). You work in a demanding technical environment where safety, quality, and operational excellence are at the heart of every intervention.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Ensure the mechanical maintenance of rotating equipment (pumps, electric motors, compressors, and steam turbines)

• Contribute to the identification and resolution of technical failures

• Prepare and coordinate work, ensuring efficient and safe execution

• Create and keep technical documentation and intervention tracking (CMMS) up to date

Qualifications

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma as a mechanic or equivalent technical training

• Proven 5 years of experience in the industry

• Good command of French, both spoken and written

• Comfortable with IT tools and digital environments

• Knowledge of machining is a real asset

• Curious and motivated to develop your skills and discover new technologies

• Holder of a valid driving licence, you are willing to join the on-call service in due course
