Job Description

As part of the massive deployment of generative AI within complex enterprise environments, we are structuring the internal plugin marketplace based on the Claude / Anthropic ecosystem. This platform is intended to be made available to all employees across a large organisation.

To support this ambition, we are looking for an AI Platform Engineer. Your role will be to design, adapt and industrialise robust cross-functional plugins, while supporting the operational and technical deployment of this marketplace with business teams.

Your main missions

1. Development of cross-functional plugins & skills

• Design and develop the strategic plugins of the marketplace:
  • Enterprise Search: internal search engine querying the organisation's data and documents directly via Claude.
  • Data Plugin: generation of interactive analyses and dashboards connected to the company’s analytical data platforms and Data Lakes.
  • Evolutionary roadmap of new plugins according to identified business needs.
• Rely on the Anthropic ecosystem (Claude, Claude Agent SDK, Model Context Protocol / MCP, third-party "3P" plugins) and adapt existing components to the company’s architectural and security constraints.

2. Integration of the Microsoft Office ecosystem

• Deploy Office add-ins (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) connected to the internal Marketplace as Proof of Concept (PoC).
• Work closely with the Packaging team to ensure industrialisation and large-scale deployment.

3. FinOps aspect & consumption management

• Design dashboards to monitor token consumption for managers and sponsors.
• Migrate FinOps tracking to the new user-based billing/cost model.
• Implement an automatic alert system in case of quota overruns.

4. Access evolution & IAM

• Define and implement version 2 of the internal Marketplace access flow in coordination with IAM, Provisioning and Packaging teams.
• Enable managers to customise their teams’ environment (token quota allocation, selection of accessible models, etc.).

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Master’s degree or Engineering School diploma specialised in AI / Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Professional experience: 3 to 7 years
• Anthropic experience: Practical and operational mastery of Anthropic tools: Claude, Claude Code, Claude Agent SDK, as well as development and adaptation of MCP servers/plugins.
• Key technical skills:
  • Good knowledge of Modern Data Stack / Data Lakehouse integration environments (desired, very useful for the Data plugin).
  • Successful experience in deploying Microsoft Office add-ins in an enterprise environment.
• Product vision & cross-functionality: Ability to communicate with various stakeholders (Security teams, IAM, Packaging, business managers) and translate a business need into a deliverable feature.
• Languages: Fluent French & English.
