The properties and surroundings of our senior and nursing institution are kept in excellent condition thanks to your professional care and maintenance
The flawless functionality of the technical, electrical and sanitary systems as well as proper troubleshooting of all building installations reflect your technical flair
Both the workshop and function-related rooms, as well as the machinery and vehicle fleet and cleaning equipment, enjoy flawless functionality due to consistent maintenance
You work with internal as well as external parties, taking on the coordination and control function accordingly, also during moves and apartment handovers.
One of your specialties is also fulfilling the role of caretaker for the entire Wydenpark complex on behalf of our property management
You also express your expertise in the areas of ecology/waste disposal and assist with the regional on-call service

What you bring with you

Training as a facility maintenance specialist EFZ/EBA or equivalent as well as passion for this exciting profession
Requirements to fulfill a "caretaker" duty roster for a complex with nursing home, rental apartments and commercial spaces
With your sensitivity for people of all ages, high service orientation as well as diplomacy and discretion, you positively shape your work environment
Physical work suits you and you are willing to take on on-call duties
You like to take responsibility, are reliable and conscientious
