About the job

• Lead the team personnel-wise, technically and organisationally and promote the further development of employees.
• Plan quality management processes in projects in the areas of heat production, waste incineration plant and energy solutions and ensure their compliance.
• Be responsible for operational and plant documentation as well as ensure their currency and completeness.
• Analyse, optimise and further develop documentation and quality processes.
• Promote close cooperation with interfaces.

• Plenty of experience in quality management within an industrial environment, ideally in plant or mechanical engineering, and you are familiar with the common standards and requirements.
• Completed university degree in quality management, mechanical engineering or similar.
• As a leader, you understand how to support, promote and further develop employees.
• You convince with your optimisation spirit as well as your digital affinity in process management and in dealing with documentation systems.
• You find it easy to network across departments and actively drive cooperation forward.
