What you bring

• Several years of professional experience in facilities maintenance or a comparable craft-technical role
• Good technical understanding and manual dexterity
• An independent, reliable and responsible working style
• Willingness to take on on-call duties
• Good knowledge of German
• Team spirit, flexibility and resilience
• A strong service orientation and enjoyment in finding solutions
• A respectful and appreciative approach to older people

Your tasks

• You take care of the maintenance and upkeep of our buildings and surroundings.
• You maintain and supervise technical, electrical and sanitary installations.
• You rectify or coordinate faults, especially in heating, ventilation, high-voltage and low-voltage installations.
• You ensure the upkeep of workshop, storage and container rooms as well as machines, vehicles and cleaning equipment.
• You assist with furnishing and equipping rooms.
• You set up rooms for events and provide the necessary technology.
• You ensure proper and environmentally friendly disposal of materials generated.
• If required, you take on further tasks related to facilities maintenance.
