This is what your job will be like:
- You advise and support our clients at CxO level on topics such as IT strategy, enterprise architecture management, governance, operating models, business-IT alignment, programme and project management.
- As a former CIO or IT manager, you take on interim mandates in leadership roles or support these roles as a sparring partner.
- You independently carry out consulting mandates and assist in lead generation and proposal creation together with the sales team.
- You build long-term, trusting customer relationships and maintain them sustainably.
- You identify new business potentials through innovative technologies and concepts, actively contributing to the further development of our consulting team and its services.
What you should bring:
- Completed studies (university or university of applied sciences) in information technology, business informatics or business administration.
- Several years of proven professional experience as a CIO or IT manager (at least 4 years).
- Proactive, analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style with a high degree of independence.
- Very good communication skills, team spirit and service orientation – even in challenging situations.
- Flawless German spoken and written as well as good English skills; French is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland, depending on the mandates.
