Your Tasks
- Independent management of accounts receivable including debt collection
- Processing of petty cash
- Managing donation accounts and acknowledgements
- Deputising for accounts payable and asset accounting as well as VAT returns
- Assisting with quarterly and annual closing tasks
- Assisting with budgeting and area-specific projects
- Helping with trainee supervision in the finance area
Your Profile
- Completed training as a commercial clerk (EFZ)
- Experience in accounting (accounts receivable experience is an advantage)
- Training as an accounting clerk is an advantage
- Experience with Abacus is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and common collaboration tools
- Team-oriented, responsible and service-minded personality with an independent working style
